The Idea

My father and I co-founded HandyInvites™after having to collect hundreds of addresses for my own wedding. We spent hours manually entering addresses into a document after asking friends and family to email us or post their address on our facebook page. Then we had to list them all into one place and figure out what label to print them on. It was messy, unsecure and it took a lot of time. So, to make long story short, we decided to build HandyInvites™ to simplify the task for you, and everyone else we know. It is easy, affordable and best of all, safe and secure.

A word about privacy!

You can list your wedding as private (invitation only) or public (guests can find your wedding in our directory). Either way, your guest's information is always secure and will never shared or resold. Their email addresses will only be used for information and offers regarding your wedding, but only if they ask us to. We believe in privacy for you and for your guests!

How it works

1. Register Your Wedding and we will assign you a wedding ID and provide you with a secure link that you can send to your guests via email or text, or share as a link on facebook.

2. Send Your Link: Publish your link on facebook or send them a text or email containing your unique link. When they will click on the link they wil be presented with a simple, secure form that they can enter their information into. It is really that simple. We can also send your guests a calendar invite and wedding/bridal registry information as an option.

3. Manage and Print: You can manage your guest list online and add, edit or delete addresses anytime. You can then download your guest list as a PDF, ready to print on Avery Clear Labels #18660 (1" x 2 5/8") or export your list as a Microsoft Excel (xls) or Comma Delimited file that you can use to create a mail merge or import into your favorite address book. Download your list as often as you like.
